A site needs some type of maintenance to keep its contents fresh and up-to-date. If you wish to maintain and update the site on your own, that is completely acceptable. We have maintenance service agreements for those who do not have the time or inclination to maintain their own sites.

Maintenance Plan

All fees are based on a monthly billing cycle. The Options are -

1. Monthly Updates
2. Bi-Weekly Updates
3. Weekly Updates
4. Daily Updates

All of these activities are included in each web maintenance option:

1.  Changing or replacing information on existing web pages.
2.  Creating or adding up to 10 new links and/or email addresses to existing     pages
3.  Updating "What's New?" Page
4.  Updating a "Links" Page
5.  Uploading PDF and other documents
6. Maintaining HTML validity, browser compatibility, java script integrity,      load time efficiency, and accessibility to those with disabilities.
7. Link and spelling validation (weekly link errors reporting)
8. Installing a page counters on the home page and any other pages by      request
9.  Managing email accounts, domain name registration and web host      requirements
10. Search Engine Registration, Readiness (Meta Tags), Reliability and         Reporting
